Empowering nurses through education
We are a specialised provider of professional training and workforce development for the healthcare industry in New Zealand. Our core mission is to enhance the quality of care by equipping nurses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to meet industry standards.

We focus on two key areas in healthcare education in New Zealand:
#1
We support Internationally Qualified Nurses (IQNs) as they transition into the New Zealand healthcare system. We provide end-to-end guidance, from arrival in the country through to successful completion of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), and beyond.
Our services include exam preparation, workplace readiness training, and career support such as CV development and interview coaching, enabling IQNs to integrate effectively into the workforce.
We support nurses and other healthcare staff in aged care. Our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training covers all core competencies required by national auditing standards and the Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ), ensuring compliance while promoting best practice in patient care. We can tailor our training to support your education needs.
